Installation paths and setup
We at cola support three installation methods: Android APK download (direct from our platform), iOS progressive web app (via browser bookmark), and standard web access from any computer or mobile browser. Each path leads to the same account, same payment methods, and same gameplay library—your choice depends on your device and comfort level with installation.
Android APK installation
To install cola on Android, visit our website from your phone, download the APK file, and allow your device to install from unknown sources (a one-time permission in Settings). The APK contains the full cola app—live-dealer tables, sportsbook, slots, account management, and payment integration. After installation, tap the cola icon to launch the app, log in or register, and begin depositing via your preferred payment method (QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
Android 7.0 and newer are supported. If your device runs an older version, contact our cola support team to explore browser-based alternatives. The APK auto-updates when you launch the app and a new version is available—you do not need to download manually each time.
iOS and web app setup
iOS users can access cola through Safari or other mobile browsers—we provide a progressive web app that works offline and sends push notifications. After visiting our website on iOS, tap the Share button, select "Add to Home Screen," and launch cola directly from your home screen. This creates a shortcut that behaves like a native app while remaining a web-based experience.
Desktop and laptop users can visit cola.onl directly in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) without downloading anything. All three platforms—Android app, iOS web app, and desktop browser—sync your account in real time. A deposit made on Android appears instantly on your iOS browser, and vice versa.
Four-step setup workflow
- Download and install: Android users download the APK from our platform; iOS users add the web app to their home screen; desktop users simply visit cola.onl.
- Create or log in: If you are new, register with email, username, password, and mobile number; if you already have a cola account, sign in with your credentials.
- Verify your identity: Provide your email and phone number verification, and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) documents if your account balance triggers thresholds.
- Add a payment method and deposit: Link a payment account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) and make your first deposit.
App vs. browser: which is right for you
The cola native Android app offers offline caching, faster load times on slower networks, and push notifications for live events—Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia draws, Piala AFF finals arrive as alerts even if you are not actively using the app. The app also consumes less bandwidth, which matters if you have a limited data plan. Browser access works everywhere (no installation needed) and updates instantly without requiring a manual APK download, making it ideal for first-time users or those who prefer simplicity. iOS users benefit from the progressive web app, which combines most app advantages (notifications, home-screen shortcut) without App Store dependency.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
Our cola Android app runs on devices with Android 7.0 (API level 24) or newer. If your phone is older, you can still access cola through your browser—no app installation necessary. iOS users need iOS 12 or later to use the progressive web app. Desktop browsers must support ES6 JavaScript and modern CSS; Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (all recent versions) work without issue. We test cola on a range of devices and screen sizes, from large 6-inch phones to small tablets and desktop monitors, to ensure consistent experience across all platforms.
Common installation issues and solutions
The most frequent issue occurs when Android users forget to enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings before installing our APK—installation fails silently until this permission is granted. To resolve, open Settings > Security, enable "Unknown Sources" (label varies by Android version), then retry the APK download. Second, some devices display a certificate warning during APK download; this is normal because our APK is not signed by Google Play. Proceed with the download—our cola APK is verified and secure. Third, older phones may run out of storage during installation; free up space (delete photos or unused apps) and retry. If none of these steps work, contact our cola support team via the help centre in the platform.
Data, permissions, and account security
Our cola app requests minimal permissions: network access (to communicate with our servers), notification permission (to alert you of live events), and storage permission (to cache game data and transaction history). We do not request access to your contacts, photos, calendar, or location. All data transmitted between your device and our cola servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Your account credentials are never stored in plain text—they are hashed and verified server-side each time you log in. If you log out or uninstall the app, cached game data is deleted from your device; account data remains on our secured servers indefinitely (or until you close your account). Two-factor authentication is available in account settings and recommended for all users, especially those managing large balances or withdrawals.
